Is the Ski The East Store a Secure online store?
Absolutely. To ensure maximum security, the Ski The East Store uses a 128 bit SSL certificate, the same encryption device that many online banks use. We do not store credit card or personal data. Your information is only used to complete your most recent purchase.
What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
I don't feel comfortable giving out credit card information over the web. Is there another way I can pay for an order?
Phone orders: Please call 802-865-9883 to place an order by phone. Once your order is confirmed, you can then provide your credit card information or mail your payment via personal check. You will be emailed an automated receipt once your payment clears.
Email orders: Please email your order details to shop@skitheeast.net. We will respond with a confirmation email containing an invoice. Once your confirmation email is received, you can then mail your payment via personal check. You will be emailed an automated receipt once your payment clears.

A Product in the Ski The East Store is labeled "Sold Out." When will it be in stock?
Products that are "sold out" may or may not be restocked in the future. We will do our best to keep our customers informed of new products, discontinued products, reorders of currently "sold out" products and any other sales or special offers via the Ski The East website and Ski The East email list.
What carrier do you use to ship?
Your order through the Ski The East store can be shipped two different ways:
• Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service.* - 2-3 days guranteed anywhere in the United States
• United Parcel Service Ground (UPS Ground) - usually arrives in 1 day if shipped within New England
*If you only order 2 or less Sticker Packs, the checkout will automatically switch your shipping cost to a flat rate for a small envelope ($2). This decreases the expense in getting the stickers to you and makes small quantities of stickers more affordable. Sweet.
When do products ship after I place my order?
Your order will ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
How does the Ski The East Store calculate shipping and handling costs?
Ski The East calculates shipping costs directly through the United States Postal Service (USPS)* and the United Parcel Service (UPS). All shipping costs are quoted directly through USPS and UPS using their online shipping calculations based on weight and zip code. Our handling charge is $1 per order, no matter what size. This covers our expense of shipping containers as well as our time sorting, packing, and preparing the order for shipment.
* If you only order 2 or less Sticker Packs then you order will automatically be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $2. This saves you money and makes our stickers more affordable. Sweet.
Are there any limits to your shipping destinations?
The Ski The East Store shipments are limited to destinations within the USPS and UPS delivery area. We will notify you if your order is unable to be completed because of these limitations.
How can I be sure the merchandise I'm buying is of good quality?
Ski The East and the Ski The East Store only sell merchandise that we are proud to be offering and that we would wear or use ourselves. If you have any questions regarding more specific information on a product than what is listed in the Ski The East Store, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I buy a gift certificate to The Meat Shop?
As of now, gift certificates are not offered for the Ski The East Store. However, we are trying to make this feature available for our customers for 2009.
