If you are in any way unsatisfied with any product purchased at the Ski The East Store you can return the unopened product within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Any product returned that has been "opened" (such as a hat with no Flexfit tag) or appears "worn" (such as a t-shirt that has been washed or is dirty) will not be granted either a refund or exchange. The appearance of "opened" and "worn" are at the discretion of Ski The East LLC. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us before you ship back the product.

An Exchange:  Returned items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color. You are responsible for shipment costs incurred while returning the product to Ski The East LLC. We will cover the additional fees for the shipment of the new item back to you.  You're worth it.  And you're welcome!

A Refund: A restocking fee of 15% will be issued and initial shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. You are responsible for any shipment costs incurred while returning the product to Ski The East LLC. Your money will be refunded directly to the credit card that you used for your purchase.
